What CPD frameworks does CPDTracks support?
CPDTracks has a detailed SAICA journey for CA(SA), AGA(SA), and AT(SA) members, including SARS Tax Practitioner and IRBA classifications. The General CPD journey supports other professionals through optional focus areas and separate verifiable and non-verifiable hour targets.
Is my data safe?
Your account and CPD records are stored securely using Supabase and served through Cloudflare. Connections use HTTPS, access is controlled by your account, and each user's records are isolated. Use a unique password and never share your sign-in details.
Can I back up my data?
Yes. Complete .cpdbackup export and restore are included with your CPDTracks membership. The archive includes readable files, hosted evidence and the structured data needed to restore CPDTracks.
How do I keep evidence for an activity?
You can add links to evidence held in your own cloud storage, or upload supported certificate images and PDFs directly after saving an activity.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Open Settings and choose Delete my account. This permanently removes your account and CPD data. Download a backup first if you want to keep a portable copy.
How much does CPDTracks cost?
CPDTracks is one membership: $14.99 a year, charged in your own local currency, with VAT or sales tax included where your country requires it. It includes every CPD year, uploaded evidence, backup and restore, and your reflective learning plan PDF. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which takes care of VAT and sales tax and issues your invoice.
Can I receive a refund?
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscriptions are non-refundable. We may consider an exceptional discretionary request where account records show that CPDTracks has not been used. See the Refund Policy for the complete conditions and request process.
Does CPDTracks confirm that I am compliant?
No. CPDTracks helps you plan, record and reflect, but requirements can change and remain your responsibility. Check your professional body's current guidance before submitting anything.
